HIGH-ALTITUDE BISTROT WHERE WOOD, LIGHT, AND ARCHITECTURE DIALOGUE WITH THE ALPINE LANDSCAPE, IN THE HEART OF THE SKI SLOPES OF LIMONE PIEMONTE
At the top of the Bottero gondola lift, in the heart of the ski slopes of Limone Piemonte, Chalet Bistrot La Vetta comes to life — a place where architecture, wood, and the alpine landscape merge into a unique experience.
The project highlights the double-height structure and the bold geometry of the roof, allowing wood to take center stage: warm surfaces, exposed beams, and handcrafted details interact with natural daylight during the day and with soft, enveloping lighting in the evening. Large glass walls open the space to the surrounding mountains, making the panorama an integral part of the interior.
The interiors are designed to welcome: dining areas arranged over two levels, a large scenic fireplace, essential yet tactile furnishings, and an atmosphere that recalls traditional alpine chalets, reinterpreted in a contemporary way.
Chalet Bistrot La Vetta is not just a high-altitude restaurant, but a place to be experienced — by day, between ski runs, and in the evening, for dinner with a view over the lights of the valley.
